2 Examples Of Legal Marketing Utilizing Social Media Effectively

My last post filled my in-box! I was shocked at how many folks pinged me to see more about what Sokolove law is doing to educate and engage people prior to them taking legal action. Today the NECN Personal Injury Sokolove page went live, so it only made sense to share it out as an example of what we are doing from a Social perspective:

personal injury, mesothelioma, asbestos, yaz The YazTalk site is also is taking an “educate before you take legal action” approach to legal marketing.  I cannot share any data points legally,  but I can say Social Media has been effective at extending the Sokolove brand.

I am happy to speak further about these sites offline.

What I Am Working On At Sokolove Law

There have been an increasing number of questions around what exactly I am doing at Sokolove Law these days? With that question in mind, let me preface this post by saying there is a legal component that prohibits me from sharing to much business intelligence. So with that, I can share the following list of brands I work on. This list is taken from an upcoming NECN presence I built with NECN for Sokolove Law:

Sokolove Law Logo

Sokolove Law

Sokolove Law is a personal injury law firm that has helped people just like you get the legal support you need, regardless of race or income.

MesoRc Logo

MesoRc is your resource to learn about your legal rights if you or a loved one suffers from an asbestos-related cancer. It is estimated that 30% of all current U.S. mesothelioma patients are military veterans. Since symptoms of mesothelioma due to asbestos exposure may not emerge for 35 or even 40 years, many veterans and workers alike are still being diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. MesoRc is your resource to learn about your legal rights whether you are a veteran or someone who was exposed to asbestos in the workplace.

Asbestos.net Logo

A comprehensive resource on asbestos and its devastating effects, including mesothelioma, asbestos cancer, and other asbestos-related diseases. Asbestos.net is your news resource for everything to do with asbestos exposure and the latest in mesothelioma treatment.

ChildRc Logo

A site dedicated to helping parents of children with Cerebral Palsy, Erb’s Palsy and other birth injuries. ChildRC will also assist you in connecting with birth injury attorneys to learn more about legal process for birth injury claims.

NursingHomeLawRc Logo

The 1987 Nursing Home Reform Act guarantees certain rights and freedoms to nursing home patients. If you or a family member has suffered neglect or nursing home abuse as a patient, contact our nursing home abuse attorneys today.

Long Term Disability Insurance Logo

Long Term Disability Insurance

People buy insurance to be protected against loss. Yet some insurance companies fail to investigate or deny claims based on a misrepresentation of the language in the insurance contract. Know your long term disability claim rights; use this site to learn how to fight being denied insurance.

Wage and Hour Logo

Wage & Hour

If you have unpaid wages owed to you or have been financially mistreated by an employer, you may be entitled to compensation. Know your rights with wage laws, as well as overtime laws and let us fight for you.

YazTalk Logo

YAZtalk is a hosted community dedicated to educating and supporting women suffering side-effects from the use of YAZ® , Yasmin® and Ocella®. YazTalk explains your legal rights and process associated with a Yaz Lawsuit.

The last item on the list, YazTalk is a site I spent a majority of the first 3 months of employment on.  It has been said it is “very progressive” for the law industry in that it is Social Media driven, complete with a Community Manager.  Is it working- yes! But sadly I cant share much other then to say that educating those who have a personal injury prior to them  taking legal action simply works. Social Media is a fantastic education vehicle for this process.

Lastly, my peers have done a great job at creating a cause around getting Asbestos banned. Check out Ban Asbestos Now campaign.

I wish there was actual data I could share, but alas I cant. However, I am working on a post about more social media and SEO gadgets. So be looking for that soon! Happy spring everyone!
